About the Company

HHGI: Hawaiian Hospitality Group

HHG is an eco-engineering and business service located in beautiful Hawleiwa, Hawaii. HHGI’s main focus is on marketing underutilized waterfront properties in the islands of Hawaii, one of the world’s most famous tourist destinations.

HHGI must negotiate with Federal, State, and local governments on the undeveloped coastal properties to ease the land-use restrictions and regulation that are currently in place. The negotiations include native habitat and ecosystem restoration.

Environmental Protection is very important to HHGI that is why they use the most innovative approaches to land use that are not only safe for the environment but, also produce profitable enterprises. Its cooperation with the federal, state and local governments can provide significant tax breaks and added value for the company.

HHGI’s proficiency in coastal environmental restoration and strong ties with government agencies allows HHGI to advance projects that were once thought of as undevelopable. HHGI has the ability to conserve, improve and restore native Hawaiian ecosystems to coastal sites both public and private while leaving the smallest possible ecological footprint on the majestic island of Hawaii.

At the moment, HHGI is the owner and operator of Loulu Palm Estates, an eco-friendly beach that is a popular wedding destination for couples young and old. This private beach is a mile in length and provides its visitors amazing scenery and a quiet and quaint environment perfect for weddings and other public and private events. HHGI’s commitment to working with all levels of government and  using the most innovative green building techniques should give their shareholders a good piece of mind in knowing that they are investing in a company that is doing the right thing and is committed to excellence.

Hawaiian Hospitality Group, Inc. Strengthens With 20 New Venues to Accommodate Smaller Budgets and Increases Availability in Sluggish Economy

HALEIWA, HI--(Marketwire - Jul 21, 2011) - In response to the increasing number of smaller, budget-minded destination weddings coming to Hawaii, Hawaiian Hospitality Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HHGI), a growing provider of wedding and event services as well as sustainable land use solutions, announced a new collaboration that expands its destination wedding and event services to include approximately 20 new venues. These sites, located in every part of Oahu, including the famed North Shore, allow the company to host the most intimate affair to weddings of 500 guests. They will also feature the wide range of the premier services Hawaiian Hospitality Group has built its reputation on such as planning, catering and private air & ocean tours to name a few.

The move enables Hawaiian Hospitality Group to grow despite the ongoing sluggish economy, which in many cases has changed the scale of destination weddings. According to a 2010 Honolulu Advertiser report, while Hawaii remains a top wedding destination, because of the slower-than-expected economic recovery, whether it's inviting fewer guests or making their own wedding invitations, many brides and grooms are choosing to go small for their big day. But, says Linda Kress, CEO of Hawaiian Hospitality Group, that fits nicely into her company's long-range plan. "With the new sites and services, we can now provide a spectacular venue that will fit within the budget and availability of any bride that calls us," she says.

Hawaiian Hospitality Group's flagship property, Loulu Palm Estate on Oahu's idyllic North Shore, remains a favorite. Fronted by a mile-long white sand beach, backed by majestic green mountains and featuring an historic plantation house and sweeping oceanfront lawn, since 2009 Loulu Palm Estate has remained the perfect spot to create the memories of a lifetime. For this reason, the site already has more than 100 event bookings for 2011 and is anticipating at least that for 2012.

With Hawaiian Hospitality Group's new array of venues, says Kress, "We shouldn't have to turn any bride and groom away."
